location is good, food is OK and there is no option to customise for your need. Aminities and services are Average. They should keep more hygine controls for example masquotos treatment.

We were a group of three photographers who came to cover Benaras and chose this hotel due to It’s proximity to Assi Ghat. Electric points in the rooms were not working, washbasin was leaky in one of the rooms, unruly guests creating noise late at night, stale smell all through the rooms and reception. Impolite and disrespectful reception staff disinterested in resolving any issues.

This hotel benaras haveli is charging a lot compared to quality, They are charging more than 7k per night for a room executive or superior with river view, where as the river view is having obstruction and far away from room, Also they don't provide kits (e.g dental, shaving kitscetc) unless asked Hygiene of bedsheets and towel was not great as had clear marks on them and got to change, For Sarnaath Visit they charged 3k where in market its not even 1.5k, that too with a poor car( rear left door was not opening and car was not clean and full of mosquito) Overall, I don't recommend this property compared to quality and over over charge, their charge would hv been for river view rooms under 3k

I found the Hotel an average class. As per price my expectation was much more. Location was good for Assi ghat user. Rooms bed etc not up to mark. Lot of foreigner tourist was there. Staff were working hard but not very competent and professional. May be overburden so more staff is required. Overall not value of money.

Everything was too bad .
They didn't allowed my friend to come in my room saying in front of her that this all is not allowed here, I felt very ashamed and disrespected, and she felt very bad too. And this happened when I asked them to take her ID.

Hot water was not available during peak winter and manager was misleading just run water for 2 minutes to get warm water. Breakfast menu remain same for all days. Cleaniness is good. Heating facility on demand.

Very poor quality breakfast with hardly any options.

Very good location, just on ass i ghat. But charges 10. 100 day per phone for wi-fi and hot water is on request. Restaurant located on rooftop gives a great view of the river but food is not fresh. One window of the rooms opens out to a view of a large cow shed and the other opens out to a wall, so you have to keep the curtains drawn all the time with no natural sunlight. Recently renovated rooms are a plus, staff is OK. High tariff essentially is a premium you pay for its location.

When we checked in, hotel room wasn't clean. Dirt all over the floor and even on bed. It was like, it was not in use for many weeks and no one came in. We asked for room service for cleanup but even after cleanup, it wasn't good.

Dish cable was not working, food was great, roof top restaurant had good view and excellent service.

Overpriced hotel. Near Assi Ghat. No a clear view the Ghat but prices are like that. Should eat in here. Because the food is aweful and unhygienic. Period. Good Hotel.
There was mouse from the nearby room that was being worked upon. Plus oven the price the room should have been bigger. The food was aweful. I found an insect, hairs in my Cornflakes and somehow had my breakfast. Not worth a visit.

Very nice hotel really good staff.

They charge extra for wi-fi plus room is not good when you open window you would not get a view of anything, prices are too much high will never visit this hotel.

I found Banaras Haveli a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The hotel is in a very good location just next to Assi ghat. One can just go out and see ganga arti. Also main temples are not far away. The hotel is just 5 year old and has all modern fixtures. They just need to add shower curtains in rooms . . And. Tandon

Its a very good hotel and at an excellent location for a stay. It comes in definitely top 10 hotels in Varanasi and hence one may find it on a higher side cost. But all in all a good hotel and nice staff. They provide free local guide (Ajay) who is a good & makes you comfortable to explore age old 'Gulli's' of Benaras. Visit to Varanasi is all about experience and not much can be put forth in words. Have a enthralling stay in Varanasi / Kashi / Benaras.

Location: just near to Assi ghat was awesome. Take into account that from the airport the Ghats and this hotel are very far and the traffic in Varanasi is so bad and crowded that from Airport to the Hotel is at least 1 hour and a half. Hotel is standard, clean and comfortable. Our double room was nice, big bed and enough space for our things. Room and bathroom were clean. Internet is not included, so if you want internet you have to buy a voucher, 100 rupies for 24 hours / unlimited .. I did not eat in the restaurant but the roof top has a nice view.

Great Stay near Assi Ghat in Varanasi. Management can serve Customers with a better smile. Had a initial Hiccup during Check-in but was sorted out when I insisted that I would request MMT to intervene regarding the size of room. Stayed for 4 nights - overall good stay.
