Nice and clean hotel with ample parking space. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable.

Nice place to stay but very far from the main location or sites of Kashi, I would suggest to not include breakfast as they don't have any in house facility for it.

worst experience it has been 3 hours the AC is not working in this and the hotel staff is telling that there is no electricity, is there no provision for AC to work during power cuts in this hotel. Will not recommend any one to visit in this .

Satisfactory, need to add food services too, room quality is good but one suggestion please if you are having renovation at room try not to give it to your guest as they pay liable amount.. although they changed the room after I addressed the issue.

Very Helpful staff. Made extra efforts to support us in getting cab when uber/ola was not functioning properly. Small thing but the kitchen was not functioning at the hotel.

This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel like staying at a Dharamsala would have been far better than this place. Receptionist didn't asked for my Id he simply ask my name and gave me room. hotel and rooms are under construction. my room was filled with smell and dampness. there was no lift at hotel and also one basic restaurant. my room was also incomplete. no almira,no washbasin,no toiletries,no exhaust,no window,open wires in room. bedsheet,pilow cover and blanket had stains. I strongly advise you to avoid booking this hotel under the FabHotel name. Please learn from my experience and avoid this hotel at all costs!

It was the most bitter experience while staying in hotel in my life. I am 70 years old and my wife is 63 years old. I was first offered room at second floor. There was no lift. The stair case was without railing. Some how I reached second floor and highly disturbed to see the condition. The passage to the room was full of renovation material. Room was without AC, without wardrobe, no TV connection and nothing to sit in the room except bed. I refused to accept the room. Then he allotted me a room on first floor. The room without attached bathroom, no TV connection and a plastic chair to sit. The room was not cleaned during my two days stay. The boys attending our call were rude in behaviour. I feel total waste of my money.

We had stayed my family, the stay was awesome, the rooms were gorgeous, and the staff was awesome, great views of rooms

Room was on rooftop in open area and waterlogged beside the room, due to that lot of mosquito and other insects were roaming around so had a sleepless night. Basic things like exhaust fan, dustbin, tissue paper were not available in bathroom which was too small. Provided single towel for two guests. No chair and table in room, so had to do your breakfast or dinner on your bed only. When i complaint same day the room was not changed then again next morning i narrated my horrible experience with manager then they shifted me to another room on ground floor. Overall it's bad experience.

The staff was cooperative. We stayed with around 14 people and there were no other bookings at the time. We utilised the entire property. It was neat, spacious and amenities were upto mark. Really happy with the experience. Property was also nice. They dont have lift yet because the property is still under construction but apart from that, its fully operational and convenient.
