Hotel Dev Kashi

Hotel location is good but there is no way to access our hired vehicle for that we walked about 200 m from the main road. Hotel is not so good, smelling of bad odours coming in the room so too difficult to stay for a long in the room and delux room is not like delux what we expected. So that hotel is no good.

Good place to near the main temple. I got good experience in the hotel. the hotel staff is very good in terms of behaviour and professional.

It was average , but nearby from all the popular tourist destinations . The staff behaviour was not so friendly also AC won’t work if light is not there so 1 complete AC was not working in our room

Washroom is not attached in room i have not checked this during booking hotel should write this in highlighted point room is simple .

Worst Hotel and worst staff behaviour.. No window..so soffocating environment.no basic eminaties like mirror,etc in rooms No towels.. Staff behaviour was worst.. Helpless and heartless people..Stingy and hopeless people.

I’m so sorry to find that you have recommended me a hotel without knowing the basic realities of the same.. First of all it’s not a Hotel, it’s Homestay, location is such that a small car can’t reach the hotel as it’s in a narrow lane. We reached at night to check in, but found that there’s no stay able room for four of us. A small dirty room adjacent to reception was offered to us with a medium sized bed and a slim mattress vertically kept leaned to wall. No other basic needs like water, closets, dress hangers, towels, wadrobes were there.. it was appeared to be a rest room for few hotel workers with a common bathroom.. most importantly there’s no food service, restaurant even water from the Hotel... most importantly both the hotel staff at the reception were adamant that the room was fit for four guests.. we had no choice but to pass the night in that room as we checked in the hotel at about 11pm. Next day we were offered a room in the first floor where four people can be accommodating. However, we could not stay during the day in the Hotel and we left the hotel at 11pm. In short it was a horrendous experience for us. I never expected such a hotel can be offered without checking the reality.

Property Location is different than showing . Amenities are not as per description. Room size is not as shown . AC, TV not available in the room. Due to High Demand Charges are on peak. Basically it is a <2000 ₹type of Hotel. Parking is not possible at the hotel, at least 400-500 metres away,based on availability. The only good part was the location, which allows you to have local food, market and Kashi Vishwanath Temple and nearby attractions.

They haven't refunded my money. Total fraud as the situation in that area was getting worse due to excessive people coming for holy dip. I wanted to cancel to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances but they didn't agree.
