We booked this property a month in advance before our stay. We contacted the owner over whatsapp to confirm our booking and her exact words were: "if you have booked, its yours. Cut to a day before the trip, we don't have any contact from her side, so we text her to find details like exact address, lock instructions and anything else. We get single ticks but assume she'll get back the next day. After landing in mumbai, we call her continuously for 4 hours, she doesn't pick up the phone. Finally we call mmt's helpline. They try and get in touch with the owner, but are unable to do so. They investigate and find out she has overbooked. Chandni (mmt helpline assistant) helped us, and they offered to shift us to a property of our liking. In fact, chandni was able to find an amazing property for us and without any overhead, promptly got us shifted. Very unprofessional of sana shaikh (fairtyale's owner. Would absolutely recommend no one to stay at any of her properties, you cannot trust her and if it was upto her we would be sleeping on the streets with our full deposit making her pockets heavy.

Horrible, nightmare staying at 101 flat one night and then 3nights at 901 ( host moved us with out our consent when we were out) violating our privacy. Like to write more, would like to send a mail.

My stay with Fairytale was absolutely amazing. Sana is a remarkable host and took care of all the little things that make a good stay great. Be it ensuring a an impeccably clean house to going beyond and taking the time to familiarise me with the local shops, Sana remained an incredibly friendly and helpful host. I would recommend this place to all who need to find a place to stay in this area. amazing host, she called and check about everything, made us feel like home.
