Ac was not working. No service even after reminder. Charged 400 to me for early check in. But it is mentioned in portal early check in is free.

Terrible Stay
As per policy i have reached hotel before 2 hours for availing early check in. But hotel char charges 400 extra, which is against your policy mentioned during booking into hotel.

Good Stay
Location of the Hotel is good, rooms are tidy and neat and clean. No toiletries except towel & handwash. No in house kitchen, food provided from out side was just ok. Need to provide electric cattle and tea coffee milk powder sugar in every room.

Good Stay
We booked a delux room but upon arrival to the Hotel we were given a much smaller room. However, it wasn't bad and we were shifted to room no. 405 the very next day. The room was good,big, good ambience but we noticed that few of our package got spoiled by rats, we hope the staffs will get a good look at it and maintain hygiene. Overall, the staffs were really polite and good to reach out to.

It was a good stay, location is perfect, food is ok as they get from outside, amenities & services are good for the price. just carry your own daily use things like shaving kit, toothpaste and toothbrush as these are not provided.

Loved the overall vibe of the hotel. Staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. Rooms were comfortable, and the washroom had a clean, fresh look with good lighting and fittings.

Poor Stay
1. Fab hotel name is not out side. only Grand I sighed board. 2. to check if the same hotel had to go around busy traffic junction twice. 3. kept car far away and went to enquire and mr. manikantan guided me so I could park my car cellar. even there no sign except it's for marithi show room. 4. room was good and tidy. The ac was cooling well but making lot of noice. could not sleep in the night. 5. The night shift person was rude or crude nt responding properly. he watches cell phone can be heard in the room as it is adjacent to reception, room no. 201. 6. morning while checking out I found the water leaked from ac in the room and drenched my suit case. 7. I complained and checked out.no refund ws given. 8 please note I am 67 with few health issues and lack of sleep causes lot of discomfort and high BP. request you resolve and do needful.

I travelled to Hyderabad for office purposes; I stayed at Fab Hotel. The rooms are very neat, and the appearance is good. The room service is fantastic. The front office lobby has awesome decorations, and front office staff are receiving very politely. I have a lot of satisfied rooms. I will rebook this hotel.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel restaurant was superb. We had some of the best meals of our trip right here. we suggest that you should come here once.❤️
