The room was not clean. Also AC stopped working at midnight. Towels are dirty and are used one

Location good, 1k. M from sikandarpur metro. Food good. They charged me rs 500- extra for check in at 8. 30am. Which was bad. Normally hotel provide check in after 8am without any extra charge.

Very bad experience, they charged 500₹ extra, given me unwashed towel, my breakfast was included in booking they did not provided anything

No amenities breakfast was ok. Room condition was not up to date. Location far inside the city with no food outlets near by.

I room was good and stuff courteous, that’s the reason i gave a 4. But the lift was not working and the water ran out in the middle of washing my hands, but it did return in 5 minutes or so.

Manager behaviour is good but basic facilities like electric kettle not present. . Hand towel not provided. Breakfast timing

The staff was very cordial however the rooms were not clean and cockroaches were spotted in the rooms.

Don’t ever book this property even not suitable for a minute stay. Property is very nicely located, very close of sahar mall and mg road metro station as well as constructed but the services, equipment’s and hospitality they offer is worst whereas as food they served is good. I was there for a day and Room is very compact, window ac just front of bed which gives direct air on head, toilet sheet is broken, charging socket is not working, TV is out of service, washroom is not washed properly, battery is not inserted in ac remote, local den connection is available in TV, broken equipment's are provided. Initially i tried to cancel but couldn’t due to their policy so with i had to stay.

Very clean rooms and good price for the facilities. Location is very close to the metro. Friendly staff
