Location was good. There are many restaurant nearby and very close to Nashik express way. No food facility inside the hotel . Need to depends on nearby restaurant or food delivery. They are not providing Wi-Fi connectivity though it is mentioned on app . Plus point - Rooms are quit specious , airy, a city view which allow sunlight. Good interior. But room of improvement in term of cleanliness and hygiene factor. Over all it is good experience

Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom has not been cleaned properly. Drainage Issue: Bathing water is getting stuck and not draining efficiently. Window Curtain Issue: The curtain is not fixed properly and is falling off. Bedsheet Hygiene: The bedsheet provided is not clean.

Not worth it
The wc was dirty, no toiletries or water provided, also cleanliness is a issue, lift not working on 2nd floor so had to go to 3rd floor and come down

soloLocation is ideal but lacks ambience. Infrastructure is available but upkeep is non-existent. People may be there but the experience is missing!

Poor Stay
The property is devoid of any staff. Only one person who acts as front desk, liftman, waiter surrounding walls outside the reception were gutka-pan stained. Room service was awful. The room intercom was not operational

Terrible Stay
The room was very dirty, ants were roaming around, bed sheet was dirty and nothings in bathroom, neither towels nor a soap. When i asked him to clean it he refused and said nothing could be done right now. I did not check into the hotel and i left the hotel and went to another hotel.

The dirtiest and worst hotel !
Never never opt for this hotel. The rooms are different to what is shown. Rooms are extremely dirty, before i got tired i saw at least 5 rooms and all of them had really dusty foot mats, broken taps and faucets in washroom. Every time they opened a room, there would a gush of dust onto your face. They call it ac rooms but windows have broken handle which means you cant close it. Linens are dirty and have bed bugs. No help with luggage and towels are provided. Attaching some images for reference.

Staff was friendly but lack in service. We informed in one of our room there is no recharge in set up box, and still they didn't do anything about it.
