Terrible Stay
I have made full payment and went to check in but the receptionist more and he said the reason that The amount has not updated correctly ,so he said, to check in you must pay 500 rs extra.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused at the time of check-in. Asking for an additional payment despite a confirmed booking is unacceptable. We are investigating this matter with the property and will take necessary corrective action to prevent recurrence.
