Terrible Stay
familyI had the worst experience at this hotel. If i could give zero stars, i would. Here are the issues i faced: no towel because they claimed all towels were in dry cleaning, no breakfast as they said milk was out of stock, dirty bed and room, no geysers working in this cold season, they didn't provide a room key because they lost it, no extra bed facility, no shower gel, and no toilet tissue. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the worst experience i've ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Poor Stay
Hotel is decent but their service is very poor. They did not clean room till my entire stay of 2 night and 3 days. Wardrobe had no hanger and even no rod to hang cloths. Though they claim to have restaurant, they could not able to provide tea at even 5. 30 pm. Staff were not polite.

Decent hotel
The stay was good. Hotel was nice. Staff was helpful. All the amenities and services were provided. The ambience was good.

Terrible Stay
1. It is not a hotel, you can call it as home stay. The overall room size is less than 110 sq ft (including bathroom. 2. There was no proper arrangements for air and light ventilation. 3. They are saying that they will provide breakfast, but how can one provide breakfast without having kitchen. They gave us street food for our breakfast that too after several call. For breakfast we lost our 2 hour of precious time which we could use to explore varanasi/sarnath. 4. They have only two staff, who were doing all the stuff of waiter, sweeper and coolie. And these two were serving us our breakfast immediately after cleaning the dinning table which was in an isolated place. 5. I will give zero star for cleanliness.
