One of the worst, the room was stamped. The bed was dam. The reception is was very rude. To check in only took around three hours and a long call with the customer care

one of the worst experiences at any hotel. No value for money. Several lacunae in the facilities are:- 1. AC was not working properly and when asked to change room, it was not considered. 2. No towel was provided during my stay of 3 days. Even door mat was provided after repeated asking 3. Request for complementary breakfast at 7:30 am was not entertained. Breakfast was provided for only one day despite paying for full saty period. 4. No value for money. Many hotels within that price range have better amenities. 5. No Wi-Fi in room. 6. Lift was not working and I had to climb stares upto 4th floor.

Firstly, the hotel's name has been changed to Sheela International — you won’t find any mention of Fab Hotels Crown Plaza anywhere on the property, which is misleading. The service was extremely poor, almost non-existent. In the morning, the lights kept dimming and randomly blinking as if they were about to short-circuit, making it a very unsettling experience. The power supply was unreliable throughout the stay. Out of the three taps in the bathroom, only one was functional. Though a geyser was installed, it was not working either. The staff seemed unprofessional and poorly trained in handling guest concerns. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location — right beside the airport — which may be convenient for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. Overall, not recommended unless location is your only priority.

room full of mosquitoes, I didn't slept a single hour in whole night, credits go to fab hotel crown plaza ranchi dear friends, humble request do not go for budget price with family stay in any hotel cost more than 3k This hotel make you ill & staffs are dummy pieces no any help..useless management.

Rooms were disaster including washrooms. Compact rooms with horrible ambience and full of mosquitoes. No service meaning for them overpriced even 250/- hotel in Paharganj Delhi is very good
