Firstly, the hotel's name has been changed to Sheela International — you won’t find any mention of Fab Hotels Crown Plaza anywhere on the property, which is misleading.
The service was extremely poor, almost non-existent. In the morning, the lights kept dimming and randomly blinking as if they were about to short-circuit, making it a very unsettling experience. The power supply was unreliable throughout the stay.
Out of the three taps in the bathroom, only one was functional. Though a geyser was installed, it was not working either. The staff seemed unprofessional and poorly trained in handling guest concerns.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location — right beside the airport — which may be convenient for travelers with early morning or late-night flights.
Overall, not recommended unless location is your only priority.
