The property was good and well-maintained. I personally had no issues, except for some electrical glitches in the room. Also, it is better to eat outside or order through Zomato rather than ordering from the hotel staff.

staff behaviour is very rude and..not even one glass is provided by hotel... service is very pathetic...and..11 PM.. hotel door are closed...so get problem in check out

Excellent Stay
Hotel was totally neat and clean. Photos are genuine though. Staffs are cooperative cause I made a late check in (late as in way more late around night 2:00 am I did), so I know how they cooperated with me.

Poor Stay
The hotel room was most basic, should not cost more than 850 rupees, but i had to pay 1867 rupees.

Drinking water is very expensive
Hygiene is weel maintained. Every mineral water bottle extra charge taken. Room is spacious and hotel location was good, hotel staff, s were co operative.

Comfortable stay at groves.
Very good and helpful staffs. Owners are very good and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and i would encourage others to come and visit this hotel. This hotel is situated near ranchi railway station. Rooms are clean and spacious. Do come and visit this highly recommended hotel.
