Denied me AC room , said AC is not working , forced me take non AC room , No water in bathroom , flooring were wood patched . Bed was so old that is was making noise . When we complained that we have paid for AC room they said at least we did not denied you stay. Though it was ore paid from out end , I would never book hotels from MMT .

The room's condition is pathetic. The toilet was not clean and my room was full of insects. There was no hygiene and cleanliness overall. in one word just disgusting. terrible services. Starting from Welcome desk Manager to restaurant staff all are just In Complimentary Morning Breakfast they provide insufficient quantity for a adult. In puri sabji they will give only 4 piece puri, in Alu paratha they will provide 1 piece paratha,In Bread - Jam they will give 2 piece bread. After this if you need anything extra then that will be chargable. Even they dont provide drinking water also. room and bed too much dirty. We stayed two nights three days there but no room clean service available. over all just disgusting hotel. I think they dont what is hotel and hospitality service should be.

Our stay at hotel Harsh regency is very pathetic experience. 1. The toilet cistern is broken 2. Towel holder comes out of the wall 3. Shower doesn't work properly 4. Blistering is observed in walls 5. Dampness is observed in the room walls. 6. Intercom is not working properly 7. Many times they don't pick the call. 8. The window is not having a protection grill. It is a fourth floor and child may fall out. Any thing might happen. 9. TV is only fixed to the wall. No programme is running. 10. For early checking one hour before the check-in time they are charging 30 percent of room price or they are telling rooms are not available. 11. There is no latching from inside to lock the door photo attached. 12. Roof and the walls looks very unhygienic. Purely loss of money. Please don't  book this hotel whoever is coming to ranchi or hatia. I am also surprised that how there is no negative comments despite of several lacunas. One thing I want to recommend is its veg food item is very good.

The spacious rooms gave us enough space to relax comfortably. Our family enjoyed the calm and friendly atmosphere.

I felt welcomed from the start. The setting was peaceful and gave me a chance to unwind and enjoy the trip.

Knew we could count on getting good service. Staff worked hard to make us feel welcome. Room was clean and met all our needs perfectly.

Clean room with good desk space for laptop work. Staff helped with early checkout. Internet was fast enough for video calls.

The hotel manager's behavior was very bad with me. I had booked an AC room but he gave me a non AC room and when I asked him, he behaved badly with me. The hotel is good but the staff behavior is bad. Thank you MakeMyTrip

This is a worst hotel, i have ever stayed most of rooms are without ventileter, even no exhaust in washroom. All bad smell comes to room, whole day. There is a person' rahul' called himself manager is a arogent person, misbehave with boatders, first of all he refused to entertain ' make my trip booking. After your intervain he allotted the room. Overall worst experience.

Very bad experience first hotel's denied for check in after 5 hours, many negotiation, he doesn't not accepting the booking when u com-pain on mmt care they said we are resolving, very bad issue

The rooms are old and not well maintained fungus on the ceilings, drainage issue in wash room even on the premium room

The stay was good with cordial behaviour of staff.

I had selected the delux room but they give us very small normal room telephone not working hot water not coming accha not working
