Terrible Stay

I have booked fabhotel moon trip for stay. But very smartly the owner moved us to some other property by saying moon trip hotel is fully booked. Even after advance payment was made. The other place have no name no board to describe. It is a newly constructed building with no management. Even the last cleaning and basic electricity was not in-line. Whole night electricity failure. It is a terrible experience. I have been rooming in this building whole night to correct the think. Also no support from any executive of mm t and fab. They are saying your complaints will be addressed by 16aug. Joking my book is for 12-13 aug.

Overall good experience at the property

Hotel was situated in an easy location where u can ho hussle free and staff was also nice there room was also decent and overall good experience main thing i like that it is easy to find if you are coming to chandigarh from manali side

Was not good

Washroom was not really clean. They didn’t provide any of hygiene stuff. Receptionist was kind of rude person.
