the hotel was above exception . Generally, the hotel was above expectation. Congrats! Food was good fresh and on time. The new rooms were tastefully done and renovated. The hotel will be returned to its former glory

The hotel staff was good but food was also better but The hotel denied for check in because of low payment of hotel tariff by the app that u used for booking ..

Stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. Very convenient location in fabhotel Grand arya . The room was spacious, clean with necessary amenities. High speed wifi connectivity. The hotel has an in-house kitchen, although I didn't have meals during my stay. The service staff is courteous and efficient. All in all a good experience

Average Stay
The cooling system was working properly and there were power cuts 4-5 times during the night. I had ordered dosa for breakfast but it had no taste.

Clean Room, But Dirty Hotel!
Room was nice and clean, but the rest of this Fabhotel? Total mess! Reception was crazy hot, like an oven. Thought a brand like this would do better, but nope cleanliness is optional here. 😓

Think before bookin
During the day, the experience was pretty great. The staffs were available at all times and they provided everything we asked for. But the real nightmare started in the night. We returned late at night from our friend's wedding at around 3:00 and found out that the hotel is locked from outside. So, we started ringing the bell, called the reception but nobody was there to pick up the phone. This went on for nearly 30 mins. We were literally stranded outside the hotel, near the highway in a state like Bihar. After around 30 mins, the receptionist picked up the phone of Fabhotel's customer executive's phone and we were finally able to go inside. Later we found out that the entire staffs were literally out after drinking and were lying in the floor in the reception area. This might be the reason why they were not able to hear the ring of the calling bell which rang continuously for 30 mins. Luckily we were a group of two men, can't even think of having a stay with females here.

I had a great experience at this budget hotel! The room was simple but very clean and had everything I needed. Hotel staff should be friendly and welcoming, i had to ask to give towels for 2 people. They gave just one towel and a single blanket for 2 occupancy room
