Request to Refund due to unsatisfactory hotel stay
disappointment regarding my recent stay at FabHotel Gargi Galuxi from 18.08.2025 on 12.00 pm to 18.08.2025 12.15 pm Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to A "very bad experience" in a hotel can stem from various issues, including poor room conditions, unprofessional staff, and inadequate services. Specific examples include dirty rooms, broken amenities, unhelpful or rude staff, and a lack of basic necessities like hot wate These problems can significantly impact a guest's stay and lead to negative reviews and a poor overall impression of the hotel..These issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay and did not reflect the standards promised at the time of booking. I believe a refund is a fair and reasonable request under these circumstances.

VERY BAD - not/ never prrapose to any travaler
Very bad experience , no any service avalaible , bed sheet balnket towel not cleane & wash , dirty smell , inside rooms all side spider net , lobby straire case all dust & not clean ever , i booked room with breakfast, they serve me out side pracel of poha dish , kitchen not avalibale so overall very bad experience booked FAB hotel

Excellent Stay
A wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The amenities were top-notch, and the bed was super comfortable. Truly relaxing and worth every penny.

Ek number hotel hai . Yaha se bahar ka view bhi bhoot accha aata hai. Like mera balcony wala room tha. Toh mujhe bhoot accha laga. Aur inka khana bhi badia laga.

Service is pathetic
No one listens in this hotel.i asked many times for room cleaning and water coming from ac.i got no response 😑

Apologies for the disappointing experience. We're sorry to hear about the lack of responsiveness from the staff and the inconvenience caused due to AC issues and housekeeping. This is not the standard we aim to maintain, and the matter has been escalated for immediate action.
Terrible Stay
It was terrible hotel. No hygiene maintained. No cleanliness. Hotel staff was not willing to even change those. On forcing they changed bed-sheet but not pillow cover. Worst experience.

Very good hospitality good staff cooperative must try and stay once to feel. I am business traveler and travel a lot. Always prefer this for stay in pune

Poor Stay
Cockroaches are roaming everywhere in the room. Used pillow covers provided. Handshower was not working tv and telephone not available complementary breakfast time is suitable. Even food borrowing from outside.
