    Staffs were not welcoming at all makemytrip se whatsapp par jo hotel ka number mila tha wo lag nai rah a tha wife aur bacche ko kal jaate samui apke staffs ke through koi cooperation nai mila ek customer baitha tha wo luggage utha kar rakha hotel mei hotel. Staffs will drag this hotel to failure washroom ka commode hill rah a tha soap nai tha intercom koi pick nai kar rah a tha hotel staffs should make us feel like home but staffs behavior was hostile sry i am not coming back again
