There is room actually , that receptionist is saying no rooms at this time . do the check in at 12 pm, I am ready to pay the additional cost of 700-800 rs early check in ( so far me and my colleagues were paid more than 5 times ) I had a meeting at 10 am how I can wait until the time ? Someone is going to next when I’m exit he is allocating the room for him, I don’t have time to do the arguments with that idiot , I decently left and booked another hotel. I informed my company regarding this incident so that going further they never book this hotel anymore

Really bad service. We were denied the booked rooms saying it’s unavailable even after completing the entire payment and had to go to their sister property which was even bad.
