The hotel is superb and very friendly staff. But the main problem is with their check-in and check-out policy the standard checkin time is 12 PM which makes it difficult for people coming from far places in the morning they need to find another place to fresh up.

Pleasant experience with comfortable beds. The staff made the check-in experience seamless. Room service was timely and polite. The room was just as shown in the pictures. Great for quick overnight visits. The washroom was clean and hygienic. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The location was average and I know it. They refused to honour MMT booking due to some dispute but I suffered for your dispute. Please don't do this with anyone it spoils your reputation. The make shift arrangement was made by your representative but that was equally worse for me, far away from the location and just a room with no responsible staff as it was different from the original hotel Kavya you arranged. In short You have wasted my three valuable working hours and two days worse stay The location was average and I know it.
