Location was good. We, being vegetarian found served food with non veg pieces in pulse. Alloted room was changed. Bed sheet in the allotted room found dirty, not changed after complain also.

Comfortable stay butmissing services
Both room and bathroom was clean and specious, but they lack in some important and basic amenities like slippers, bath towel, bath soap etc even in other word room is good but service are not good.

Bad service and unhygienic
I experienced really bad service at the hotel. Rooms were not properly cleaned. They reuse bedsheets/towels from the previous bookings. Bedsheets are also dirty and ripped, and not replaced even after asking. They take atleast one hour to attend to any service request. The security is also not very good. Anyone can enter the hotel at night. There is no one to take care of the property at night.

Average stay, not bad not great, but OK hotel in budget
This is a good budget hotel. Room was clean and everything was working. Linens could have been cleaner. There was no table in the room.

Safe stay
soloIt's a homely atmosphere, the rooms are neat& clean, and have a generator back up. Complimentary breakfast is limited to one item. Lunch and dinner are available like home food. Ac working properly. The location is very close to the highway, patliputra railway station walkable distance. Taxi facility available at reasonable prices. Overall stay value for money.
