The rooms were spacious, clean and with a good view (to the east). you'll get good sunrise view from the balconies (if on the higher floors) . However, there was NO WATER in the pipes all of next morning. We had 5 rooms, we asked for the water.. they kept saying tank was full, after showing them about no water in the bathrooms, they started the water pump. Even after 1 he, still no water in the bathrooms, then then gave us rooms on the lower floor to access the toilet/washroom/bath - but these rooms were unclean. Additionally, they over billed us for the food, luckily one of us caught the error - they had double charged for multiple items. Only after we caught it, they then updated & changed the bill to the correct amount.

I had a generally okay experience. The room wasn't initially cleaned to my standards, but after requesting dusting, the staff did that. Breakfast options were limited, and the poha was a letdown, though the parantha was decent. Overall, the hotel was fine, but a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping and breakfast options would elevate the experience. Rating: 3/5 stars

It was an excellent stay. The property is very good. The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful balcony view. The staff was friendly. The food was very delicious. I will recommend this property for the stay.

We stayed there for 1 night in balcony rooms and the experience was amazing. Rooms were spaces, clean and offered a beautiful views. Staff were very polite and service was also great. Requests were considered. Food was tasty and quantity being very generous. Highly recommended.
