PIYUSH RESIDENCY

The location is good. Cleanliness is good. Very cold and indifferent staff. Very poor room service. Basement parking where a sedan car can not enter without damage to vehicle. They ask you to park in streets in the residential area without ensuring safety. Till midnight there was noise of moving furniture on upper floor.

The stay is not worth the asking price, although the location of the hotel is great and rooms are spacious but it lacks cleanliness. The bedsheet in my room was soiled and the carpet in the room was too dirty that you won't even feel like putting your foot on it. Parking is available in the basement but it is too congested. In the morning there were two more cars parked infront of my car and it took half an hour for the hotel staff to find out to whom those cars belonged and get them out of my way. I had to wait for half an hour at the reception during checkout. Did'nt try the food but there's a dhaba named negi dhaba across the road which served tasty food.

Nice Hotel, Excellent by Narkanda standards, in the middle of the market. it has basement parking with a steep gradient which might not be to some drivers liking. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel with amazing views and good location. Plus the food was very good. Great service and value for money.

1. Location and property is good. 2. However, the property is not managed well. 3. The reception staff is quite unprofessional and dry, not a customer friendly staff. 4. Bed linen were full of hairs, dirty with fresh spots of food, turmeric and soil. We have to get changed the bed linels of the two room we took. The staff had not changed the lines of any of the two rooms. 5. No bath towels were there in both the rooms, including hand towels missing, floor towels missing. 6. Incomplete toiletry items. Basic things like hand wash missing. 7. Bathroom were stinking when we arrived. 8. Breakfast started 30 minutes. 9. Over all a very unprofessionally managed property and not customer friendly stay.

It was a pleasant stay at piyush residency. The food was good and the staff was nice. Room was spacious and cosy. The only improvement area is for the laundry section where they damage one of our favorite sweaters while washing it. Would like to stay again in the same property

The stay was very comfortable 5/5. Room service and house keeping was excellent too. However food needs to be improved.

Superb hotel in main market area of narkanda. Spacious room, great views and polite staff. Restaurant was fine too

Good property centrally located. Staff is courteous. It's comparatively new hotel and provides meals on la cart e basis. Food is good though choice is limited if u want quick service. Prior placed orders are better. Over all a satisfactory experience.

Amazing hotel with superb interiors, efficient staff and delicious food. We had a memorable stay, will definitely re-visit.

The stay at piyus residency overall was wonderful. Though the hotel is located in a market place, we got a room with a spectacular valley view. The room was spacious, very clean and very well- decorated. The food was very good but somewhat limited in variety. The hotel personnel were very helpful and co-operative. I must mention how they arranged a special preparation of mutton in the dinner on our request.

Pros: large size rooms, very well lit, balcony facing valley temp control clean bed sheets etc resturant with great ambiance, good food at the heart of market parking cons: no garden to bask in sun

Property is new and they have large and clean rooms. One of the only luxury property available in narkanda since 2010. I wish they maintain the quality always in future

Good rooms and environment. Center of narkanda. Great bar and restaurant. Food taste and service needs to be improved.
