Review Of ESAKKI HIGH VIEW RESORTS

The maintenance and service provided by the resort is not good as expected by its reputation. The AC is not working properly and the bathroom flush is not maintained properly. In general the resort must concentrate on its maintenance as it has reputation over the years.

Terrible room, bad staff , worst behaviour of the members at the resort, already made a complaint o makemytrip

The service and dealings of staff were good. But three were no bath room towels. Drinking water and glasses were not provided at rooms. Bath rooms were good and neat. Location of the resort is very good

Rooms cleanliness is not good and also breakfast is also not upto the mark

Resort is right at the heart of courtallam rooms are spacious and clean. Food could have been better but service at the bar is wonderful

Room is not so clean. Breakfast below average. North indian employees were eating food kept for guests with their bare hands. No lunch or dinner provided in their restaurant. No live kitchen available so depended cloud kitchen. Its expensive rate for the kind of facility offered.

Good location and good staff and all workers, especially the front office staff mariappan was very helpful in guiding us. Need to improve the breakfast thats the only thing lacking.

Pleasant ambience, good planning, enjoyed the open space outside the room. Management can be a little better
