The hotel rooms are too good and the staff are very cooperative. I recommend you all can visit. For me it was a nice experience throughout.

unprofessional behaviour by staff, any thing you request, they will attend you after 1hr after several remainder. not having your own kitchen, dinner needs to be ordered from outside. have to pay extra charges for breakfast, but no breakfast bafet option are there, and having breakfast their own choice. no dental kit, no seving kit provided. shocking is an early check jus 2hr before they change the halt of the total room tariff. better experience, suggest to avoid.

The behaviour of the hotel staff was not good.. The staff behaved very badly I was in a hotel before, it was good, but I didn't like the way the staff behaved in the hotel now.

No food from the hotel, they provide food from outside that has quality and quantity issues. No proper amenities and hotel service is pathetic. I booked for 4 persons there are no additional beds available, they asked for charge.

The Hotel is absolutely not fit for family or business travellers.They don't have inhouse kitchen. The service is absolutely pathetic. They order food from a roadside restaurant called Haveli whose quality is atrocious. They don't even provide toiletries. Last food which can be ordered from the roadside restaurant is at 10 PM. There is no breakfast menu. The same can be ordered from outside. The only menu available is bread,egg and tea or Puri Sabzi. People are absolutely unprofessional and they are as good as branded jerks

The hotel is not professionally managed. 1st denied gst bill. Upon persuasion, agreed to give but has lots of problems to issue bills

The stay was great, the staff was very friendly and cooperative. They made the stay pleasant. The room service was prompt. The rooms were spacious and clean. I enjoyed our stay there.
