Food was so costly...nd facilities was so worst I have ever seen...whole night shouting was going on..nd also fighting also there with staff nd other customer...

The bathroom was terribly bad. The commode was broken, the flashing switch was not working properly. The sink was terrible. Even when we just checked-in the room the bathroom was very smelly, very bad. I would rate the bathroom in Negative. The bed wasn't good, they just put 2 single bed mattresses to make a double bed mattress. Very Bad room conditions. poor wifi connection for TV.

None of the rooms in the property had a mirror in the bathroom. The room initially alloted to me did not have any mirror in the room. The second room that was booked had a dressing mirror in the bed room but no mirror in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is good as it is on the highway. Food available in the restaurant was also good. The hotel is not suitable for night stay. MakemyTrip should be more careful in vetting hotels before listing on their app/web site. Listing of such poor quality hotel on MakemyTrip was not expected.

Everything was fine, the food was a bit average....that place i found on Google map,service is excellent,

It was the worst stay in my life. The rooms were very small, even the toilet was so untidy and uncleaned that foul smell was filled in the whole room. The unmarried guests were drunk and created chaos that nobody could sleep for the whole night. Even they were banging and kicking our doors at midnight. when we complained nobody from the hotel staff came for any assistance. Please don't recommend anyone this hotel. Not for decent people.

3rd class. Very very very bad..

Absence of basis amenities. There are gaps between the employees. Also service of in house restaurant is worst. They are running a price scam there. Absolutely not recommended for family stay.

They allotted us room no. 107 &108. Main door's locks are broken (from inside. Toilet door's lock is broken & birth room is too small (not up to the mark). No chairs are in the room. Tvs & wifi is not working. No night lamp in room. Room s are too small in size. No intercom is present in our room to contact them. Instead of water jug they provide only a small bottle of water per head and per day. Food is ok but service is too bad. In short hotel nilachal is not up to the mark. Really we are disappointed.

Rooms are not clean and the walls are dirty, plaster of the wall chipping, with gutka marks

The way it was showed in the google photos and stuff the room was very large but it wasn't even the suite room was same as that classic room just the bed was different that's it. Even the televisions were not working there was no wifi, staffs seems to be uninterested in doing any kind of work they were not even following the order properly. The complementary breakfast was very bad more over my experience was terrible here. Thank you.
