Room was not good Very small room Staff was not cooperative ..

Totally worst hotel

After giving any food order it needs 2 to 3 times follow-ups, some times I personally go to reception for knocking. as per price room quality not good. in bathroom insects are moving everywhere. They are providing electric cattle but not provide any tea bag or coffee. AC make noise. Breakfast quality very poor, I stayed for two days and same Breakfast everyday. Also poha full of oil, no healthy breakfast. service very poor. They were demanding extra money for child.Food quality is so bad.They don't have paneer dish.And provided unboiled potato in vegetable after 1 hour.We have left hotel with in 2 hours of checkin.

we are choose 4 per room..?why . we are choice the four bedroom four person room for room They are the hotel will be provided to for bedroom two persons..

The food was terrible. Please don’t order food from this restaurant- it is horrible. Also please don’t avail breakfast as it is just waste of money as they offer 4 things in breakfast that too very bad in taste. The rooms are like kennel. I went for Supreme Deluxe which was totally disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, small and almost like the rooms we get at lodge at 300-500. There is no fan in the room, only one issue. They have taken the customers for granted as you won’t get much options in Krishnanagar. Hotel Haveli is there which is a lot better than this but is not available on MMT.

Hotel is medium.comparitively hotel charge is high.food charge is high and quality is not so good.No variety of break fast also not tasty.

Nice hotel. Well maintained . Good Food. All basic requirements are placed in the room. Response by Room Service needs to be a little faster and 2 bottles of water should be placed for double occupancy.

Location is secluded, mosquitoes are in the ground floor, food quality is good, service staff is good.

The cot is full of fungal growth and the room smells awful but people are courteous

Hotel room is small but was good and well managed. But pathetic are points like - 1. Breakfast. Only one choice can be taken from 5 options like either puri sabzi, or roti sabzi, or bread butter and cornflakes milk. And can have a tea. It's like having in a small sweet shop or so. 2. No fruits, no juice, no other option 3. One more, only one water bottle of 500 ml is given as complementary in the room next water are chargeable. So they should clearly mention all these like breakfast for name shake.

Good rooms. There is no lift. We have to walk down to restaurant thru steps all the way to another building. Checkout time is 10. 30 am very uncommon.

Food price are way costly. Advisable to be look into and reasonable. Rest everything is fine.

It didn't look like a hotel, more like a lodge. Food quality & taste not good. Basic amenities like hair dryer not available.

Hotel premium inn : the gold room is small in size. But diamond room is good. Complementary breakfast is not having multiple option. Need to improve. But decor of hotel is good.
