The location of the property is very good. I booked a premium room for Seaview. Food was the worst experience. There is no point in going with the breakfast option. The room was not clean and the bathroom floor level is not maintained which is causing water not flowing. Had to change the hotel. The purpose staying here was the quite place but on the first night they had a party arranged which caused noise and loudspeaker play till 11:45. They reduced sound after the request. The Service and location is good but overall experience is average.

Great property in South Goa with direct beach access. We stayed as 3 couples for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very supportive and polite. Peaceful location, perfect for a calm stay

Poor food with too much chilly in the dinner and breakfast was not provided at the need due to early morning train. Over all stay was not good . It is not recommended to anyone in such poor accommodation.

I had a great time during my stay at this property. The host Ronnie is great at hospitality. He has hosted me in 2021 at a different property, and coincidently we met here. Must visit for the location and food.

Perfect spot for beach lovers.. Satisfied with the services..supportive staff... Cooking done in a great way for my 3year old kid... Food was fantastic and cooked as per our choice....A Big Thanks to everything.... You made our stay very peaceful one...

Property was completely different from it was shown in photos. There was electricity cut off 2-3 times and basic facilities were also not available there were no dental kit, soap shampoo, etc swimming pool was also not clean and ready to use.

The stay was good, the view is superb. These are small cozy cottages, as soon you step out you are on beach. The food quantity could be improved, breakfast is not buffet and limited quantity. The cleaning staff and property staff were good and helful. Pool is not operational. overall a great place to relax and stay😊

The place is practically on the beach. Any closer and you would be in the sea. The staff was polite and extremely helpful. These are cute wooden cottages with comfortable stay. Definately worth a second visit

Its a newly constructed property in hut cottage shape , you will really enjoy this place because its near to beach so you can listen waves sound from your room as well .

I stayed there for 2 days but I must say the room and the food is so good as well as the staff is so humble and very supportive. I will recommend it to all to stay and enjoy.

The place is very good, since we had a sea facing room which was a beautiful experience. And since the place itself is under development stage yet to have a few more cottages coming up once the place develops fully will have its own recognition. And about food, it's good though need to develop some more taste. Overall the place, the staff, and hospitality is very co-operative, friendly and attentive. Look forward to visit once more soon. Just in front of beach, whole beach is visible from your jumbo size balcony, however do not expect more amenities e.g. telecom, mini bar etc. Food is available in their shack. No breakfast buffet available, Best stay for couple traveller as it will give a different experience. Beach beds available. Pool was not operational, Staff is eager to help you with available resources.

best place to stay. The best thing is the sea facing wooden cottage. The staff is super helpful. goog food amazing experience ✨
