*Reception person doesnot not any other language other than local language. *We travelled 3 peoples gave only one soap(Tat too small size) *Room service is zero no intercom to reach receptionist on need *Requested some late checkout but owner was not ready to accept *overall i say dont prefer this property and not worth for money *MMT take a look on the comment

Since we were not accepting you for late check out you came to know all these problems.... there are other people to check in for that particular day how can we say them to wait until you check out from the premises... we were clearly mentioned in all platforms about our check-in and check-out timings... Hope you know tat before booking out property. you should have planned properly your timings.
One excellent service appartment
Very friendly and empathetic. Rooms were clean and properly furnished. Would be even better if continuous drinking water facilities are provided instead of single bottle water per day. overall very good.

View from the balcony is awesome. The location perfect, near to the foothills of Tirumala hills. The manager is very kind. He helped us to get SSD tokens.

Excellent Stay
We stayed in the Penthouse. Very comfortable and all the fixtures are in very good condition like AC, Bed, Fan etc The washroom is very clean and the terrace view is awesome. Suitable for couples and not suitable for families. May take the other options in the same premises. Located in the residential area and very easy access from railway station and bua stand thru Auto / Cab. (you may get auto from this home stay within 2mins) Service is also good. Overall Value for Money and Good stay.

Good place for a family stay
I checked in at a hotel late night. The staff manager coordinated well and arranged the room. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Except the kettle provided in the room. There was no time to change it

Clean Room, Great Location and Helpful Host
family with 2 kidsGreat Location, very close to tirumala path and also close to the flyover when returning. Rooms are very well maintained and clean. You can easily get food delivery or local transport to this location. Property owners are accomodative and are ready to help. Nice accessible parking as well. We definitely recommend for families.
