One of the best resort i have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect.

Worst ever
The caretaker ignored me when i tell him to put the luggage in the room from the car. Room clean service came after 30 mins when food got hard. I call and complain to mmt for this, but unfortunately they hang up 8 times on my face. Worst ever experience.

Supportive staff & great location
soloVery friendly staff! truly had such a wonderful experience visiting udaipur, it was difficult to leave in the end. Location is perfect! in a nice posh area between main markets & other restaurants. Staff would regularly check on how the stay is going and what each bit of my itinerary has been like in terms of experience. I had unfortunately received some bad news during the trip for which the staff was very supportive and took time to console, more like homely feeling.

Property need maintenance
Air conditioner was leaking in the room, bedsheets were not changed before check in. Washrooms needs upgrade. Supportive staff but property is not well maintained.

businessIn this hotel they have nothing even for water bottles u have to go to their another hotel not only for water but for everything breakfast no dinner available nothing is their in dev villas

Poor Stay
Stay otherwise is decent. But god forbid if you are sick or caught cold. You will only wish for warm water. No kettle was provided despite repeated requests. They were rude and careless.

Good Stay
We went to dev villa with least expectations but now will always go there. It was a very good soothing experience. I am really curious about how shahpura family is creating good vibes in their properties. I liked the ambience and location. Breakfast was also good.

Average Stay
I had stayed in this property pure covid. It was much cleaner than today. Plus there was no room service, i was quite suprise.

Perfect hotel for stay and dining at shekha'
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at shahpura dev villa. The service at the hotel was impeccable, and the dining experience at shekha's was exceptional. Shahpura dev villa me child ke lye alag se bed manga to manna kar diya ki bed alag se nahi hot a hai. Image to nahi hai becoz hum baroda aa gaye hai. Hamari baar hui thi unse to image kese hogi hamare pass

No wifi, receptionist, dining space, lift
familyPros: 1. Despite the cost, the aesthetic and cleanliness of the rooms are top notch. 2. All the major tourist spots are within 10 min driving reach. 3. The staff are polite and helpful whenever asked. They went extra mile to make sure we are being taken care of. Con: 1. There's no wifi. 2. There's no receptionist/helper after 9 pm. 3. There's no shop within 1 km radius, so be sure to store all the ration before the night. 4. If you are looking for dining, you need to travel to another building 100m away. 5. There are no lift in the building.

Poor Stay
Booked it for two days. The room service was poor and bathroom drainage system was having problem. Elsewhere breakfast was preety good. And one more thing there is no lift in this property and the wifi was not working.
