Worst staff, poor hospitality. No humbleness or no training how to talk to customers. And even basic room necessities are missing such as regulator, main door lense camera, tv recharge, etc. Breakfast doesn’t justify the rates they charge for it. Breakfast pricing also varies. rates for breakfast also varies. So overall, it is not at all worth this money we paid.

Hotel under construction, breakfast 3rd class in room, pool closed since years, staff not helpful, and if u ask them for cab, they’ll have a cut with them coz they charge double

It was very good stay. Room, service and food was decent. Location is super feasible, nearby to city and fort. Value for money, given the hotel ambience (room, terrace, interiors, just the pool needs to be maintained.

Housekeeping, communication, room service is very poor

although the restaurant is described as multi- cuisine and serving both veg and non-veg, in reality, it serves only vegetarian and indian food. the menu given us was also old, and most items listed were not available..

I had opted for gst invoice. But i have still not got my invoice, they did not provide me gst invoice at hotel reception

It was a leisure trip. Location was average. Room and washroom was good, specious. Ambience was good. No as such staff was there. Service was slow. Food was good and had good spread. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Food charges like 4 star hotel.

Place is good we stayed here for one days. One thing that they need to provide is bonfire. Atleast in winter time.

Main room has a low light.
