Terrible Stay
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The waiting time was excessively long, making everything frustrating. The food was also ridiculously overpriced—a simple omelette cost ₹120, which is just not justified. On top of that, the hotel staff seemed more interested in pushing their expensive safari and sand dune tour rather than providing good service. It felt like they were only focused on making extra money rather than ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. Overall, this place is not worth the money, and I would not recommend it.

We regret your disappointment. While our check-in time is 11:30 AM (as listed on MakeMyTrip), we accommodated you early at 9:00 AM. Our menu prices are transparent, and safari tours are optional.
Poor Hospitality
utterly unprofessional. need to call them every time to switch on the AC, Geyser. Seems like paid for a Museum visit .

Worth for money.
Staff behavior was great. Room quality is good. Hygiene was maintained. Food quality is great at roof top restaurants.

familyThe location is closer to the fort. But the property is in a tight street. It's more like a larger home converted to a hotel. Rooms were ok. Bathroom could have been better. Food is good

Poor show by royal villa, jaisalmer.
soloThe room is average but the wash room in very cramped. The dining facility is on the open terrace on the third floor, and the hotel has no elevator. The attitude of staff and the principals was rude and impolite and discourteous. We decided to cut short our stay from 2 to 1 and leave. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Poor Stay
familyStay was below average. Rooms were like cages. Water in the taps was soil y and there was no water in the morning for bathing. The staff customer orientation was poor. We are of the opinion that better accommodation at half the price are available in jaisalmer. The approach to the so called hotel which in fact is house converted into an hotel. The beds are very old bunk beds.
