Very bed experienced very rigidness and rooms is not at all Good heavy rush & check in formalities take to much of time

We had a wonderful experience. The property is huge, naturally beautiful, extremely well maintained and clean. Have a plethora of food options and every speciality cuisine restaurant available. Adventure park has 50 plus activities offering different varieties of thrill!! A must visit for friends, couples and family

Communication of the staff is very poor because they are unable to comprehend what the customers are saying and their explanation is not very clear, especially in the restaurant Villa bistro. It was very difficult to order stuff other than this the adventure park package had not been described in the property details properly and there was no option to do individual events. Hence, we were unable to utilise the adventure Park.

The stay was disappointing. I had expected a lot from Della resorts given the name they have earned but was left utterly disappointed. The rooms are good but the bathroom had issues. The bathroom hand shower wasn’t working, the jacuzzi wasn’t up to the mark. Some of the points weren’t working properly. It felt like a normal bathtub even with the jacuzzi on. Breakfast spread was okay, had expected more options. The baked goods like croissants, cakes and others were too dry. Didn’t seem to be fresh. The activities are on the expensive side. If you are into the Della Adventure activities you are better off staying at some other hotel and get the adventure pass. Nothing complementary with the rooms that i booked other than breakfast which is very odd. The service is okay. Taxi service is good no doubt but others take time and need to be reminded multiple times. At the time of checkout they even asked for optional gratuity of 5% which was outrageous given the price of the rooms and the already tax paid by us. Tbh won’t be visiting Della Again

Overrated.. paid almost and got a room which didn’t have a view… water logging in bath room…the staff is less responsive…

Having been a previous guest of Della Resorts, I must express my disappointment with the recent experience. The level of staff attentiveness and adherence to hospitality standards appeared to be lacking during this visit. Furthermore, the mattress in the assigned accommodation was unacceptably soft, suggesting potential structural issues. Despite two requests, evening turn-down service was not provided, necessitating a personal visit to obtain essential amenities. This experience reflects a significant decline in service quality and overall hospitality.

the amenities were outstanding with goof staff support and lively atmosphere , all adventure sports ride were too good

Amazing resort to stay in Lonavala. Best part is the food options and the activities they offer. It’s super luxurious.

Overall excellent stay best to visit is monsoon though , their breakfast had very good variety, only the vallet kept my car on for a very long time for reasons best known to them

The rooms are neat and clean, but there’s quite a bit of wear and tear, not really worth the price, especially when there are newer and better hotels available in Lonavala within the same budget. The food is overpriced and just average in quality. I was traveling with my baby and found the property not very baby-friendly. There weren’t many options for baby food, and the high chair provided was broken, which made mealtime a bit inconvenient. Overall, I’d rate it average in terms of baby-friendliness. On the positive side, the staff is polite and helpful, which made the stay a little better.

It was an amazing stay! Excellent hospitality, just a perfect weekend getaway. Rooms are spacious - value for money

good , very nice place to stay, slightly expensive but thats about what you expect from a 5 star property, Not extremely happy about travelling through the property in cabs only but thats subjective.

Amazing experience, great food , way too many things witching the property , we booked their skydiner for hi tea and it was completely worth

I booked a garden villa with jacuzzi. Both the garden lights and jacuzzi were not working. I paid for the things which were not working. Worst part is i complained to the management also but no one took the efforts and ask me what went wrong. They got the money so they were lease bothered about the customer.

What a resort .. truly a magical experience .would love to recommend everyone for this ...the hospitality is top notch

We stayed at Della Resorts to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but the experience was far below expectations. Despite confirming in advance, no baby cot was provided for our five-month-old, even after multiple follow-ups. Shockingly, the property has no basic family-friendly facilities — no diaper-changing rooms, no mother-care spaces, and not even a chair or sofa in washrooms. This made managing an infant extremely difficult and stressful. The birthday cake promised at reception also required repeated reminders, only to end up as a very small piece that felt insulting rather than celebratory. Breakfast was another letdown — chaotic seating, poor spread, and slow, inattentive service. On top of this, almost every activity inside the resort was chargeable, unlike other premium properties where such amenities are complimentary. Overall, Della Resorts failed to deliver even basic standards of hospitality, leaving us extremely disappointed.

Property is very good but Staff is very rude specially club 24 , we paid 11500 for 2 room , in tht 4000 we can use in dinner but Manager & even waiters were very rude & nt cooperative at all , & food was horrible, even in breakfast manager who was attending guests was very rude ...

Wi-Fi is not working. Customer service is very slow as per the size of restaurant and resort. Swimming tank is very very small size. No walking track available in hotel Food is best but managment of crowd is poor Wifi not available in room Swimming tank is very small

Very bad too much of taxing and no access to for room guest with out paying in cafe 24 also because of the event . We were suppose to check out early , we requested for a some cake and breads in small box to carry , which there staff bluntly refused . And service to the room was pathetic . Mor we were not provided with bell boy for luggage . Vehcle came to pick us up after multiple. Calls .
