We stayed at Della Resorts to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but the experience was far below expectations. Despite confirming in advance, no baby cot was provided for our five-month-old, even after multiple follow-ups. Shockingly, the property has no basic family-friendly facilities — no diaper-changing rooms, no mother-care spaces, and not even a chair or sofa in washrooms. This made managing an infant extremely difficult and stressful. The birthday cake promised at reception also required repeated reminders, only to end up as a very small piece that felt insulting rather than celebratory. Breakfast was another letdown — chaotic seating, poor spread, and slow, inattentive service. On top of this, almost every activity inside the resort was chargeable, unlike other premium properties where such amenities are complimentary. Overall, Della Resorts failed to deliver even basic standards of hospitality, leaving us extremely disappointed.

Property is very good but Staff is very rude specially club 24 , we paid 11500 for 2 room , in tht 4000 we can use in dinner but Manager & even waiters were very rude & nt cooperative at all , & food was horrible, even in breakfast manager who was attending guests was very rude ...

Wi-Fi is not working. Customer service is very slow as per the size of restaurant and resort. Swimming tank is very very small size. No walking track available in hotel Food is best but managment of crowd is poor Wifi not available in room Swimming tank is very small

Very bad too much of taxing and no access to for room guest with out paying in cafe 24 also because of the event . We were suppose to check out early , we requested for a some cake and breads in small box to carry , which there staff bluntly refused . And service to the room was pathetic . Mor we were not provided with bell boy for luggage . Vehcle came to pick us up after multiple. Calls .

the place is clean, organised and understands hospitality better than many five stars. the food and activities are all good.

Location is great. Adventure park is nice. Rooms are comfortable. Eating in restaurants in the resort is expensive. Villa Bistro has good food.Other restuarants food is average. Breakfast is average.

Awesome location, prompt service, hospitality is commendable, food is relishing. Beautiful rooms. Just one thing adventure activities are worth experiencing but should be charged as per choice of the customer and not on the compulsion of pass purschase. Rest stay was comforting, enjoyed the weather, vegas show is worth watching.

Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing for the amount paid. We had booked the Garden Villa Suite, but the experience from the very beginning was unpleasant. The check-in process was chaotic and unnecessarily time-consuming. From unloading luggage to finally receiving the room keys, everything was delayed. Once we entered the room, the washroom had a strong, unpleasant smoke odor throughout. The pool was located in an awkward spot, surrounded by people smoking hookah, and on top of that, it was not well maintained. There were leaves floating inside. Food prices were unreasonably high, and whenever we needed the car, it took an unusually long time for it to be brought to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was another letdown. The area was overcrowded, with no space for people to move without bumping into each other. The spread had very limited variety, and during monsoon season, food was served in an open area, making it quite inconvenient. Overall, despite paying over the stay was far from pleasant and did not meet even basic expectations.

Della Resorts is a perfect monsoon getaway. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has all modern facilities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with luxury touches. Staff is very courteous and attentive, making the stay truly memorable. The food quality is excellent with pure vegetarian options available. Rainy evenings at Café 24 with tea and snacks were delightful. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for a mix of relaxation and indulgence.

Our stay at Della Resort had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous, transport facilities were smooth, and the amenities were excellent. Food at Café 24 was delicious, and the overall ambience of the resort was truly delightful.

Terrible experience at 5 star resort like Della. Unhygienic swimming pool, useless rides with soo many conditions. Please avoid this resort if you really care about your money.

Property is No doubt the most beautiful but sadly I find it way too badly managed... the beds are so damn fluffy I had a bad backache, I slept on floor. Bath room slide door did not work, phone did not work and even worse TV was not working for my son and when o enquired they said sorry it is an old TV does not work. I was dumbstruck after paying 19000 per night. While staff working hard but management seems to be too negligent about changing things.. Food is ridiculously expensive, alas vegas night is not worth it and adventure day trip is crazily expensive... I guess If you don’t care about money then may be you can come here and also don’t much care about sleeping on stupid uncomfortable bed...
