They serve breakfast only between 9:30-10:30 am . Room is not cleaned everyday They give 1 bottle of water for 2 guests in 24 hours more is charged above MRP Breakfast is prepared by housekeeping staff Only 1 item of 5 options they have Nobody’s there to serve complimentary tea coffee in the evening The Manager is an extremely rude person

Calm Quite and peaceful stay. Location is good, rooms are spacious with all the needful amenities. Food options are not available but can be ordered through Swiggy & Zomato. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Pool, parking rtc are fine.

Good Stay
It was a pleasant experience, Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast spread could have been better.

Excellent Stay
Hi The stay was very nice and calm.Its in a quiet place.Nearer to Murjin beach North Goa The staffs are very friendly ,always ready to help. The complimentary breakfast we had like homemade food.They asked about how to prepare food for my kids. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool.

No dinning available restaurant closed we were asking for tea they said not available pool was dirty

Poor Stay
Firstly, no staff, 2ndly nothing as mentioned as Facilites in MMT was available, ex: welcome drink none, minibar is just a fridge(I was told to get my own stuff to make it a mini bar), at night ac works as per it's wish either too cold or too hot, breakfast is available at 10 am and only cut fruits, bread, egg, tea/coffee. Facilites as mentioned that you would get with the room was 0. Only thing I'm happy abt is I got a room to stay and the kind people nearby running a restaurant(Moana kitchen) saved the day. The review is with a 1 year old baby. Pool was not cleaned and it had all sorts of feathers and roaches swimming. I have a lot, but what is the use? you read and forget.

the stay was good, it was like our home , good swimming pool good room but is too intiriar for tourist place no bar and resturent services

Excellent Stay
Rooms and swimming pool was great and well maintained, value for money. My personal experience is that I've visited in off-season I was the only person stayed I entire property. Restaurant is closed due to lack of guests. Apart from this everything was exceptional.

It was a decent stay and the place is pretty new and well maintained, the pool side is not great and has disturbingly bad pigeon feathers and it’s dirt

Choose wisely
Rooms were ok clean, but could have been better, the hotel was short on staff resulted in delay, the breakfast was not worth it. Swimming pool was clean and enjoyable
