had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the water park is also great . The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel

No don't go now you will waste your money the place is under construction they have only one swimming pool working and the price is too high for one pool i went with my family for one night stay with 2 deluxe room the price is high. Food is awesome no doubt the staff is great and helpful, indoor games there is no proper management i went three times to check and there is no one available. Food is good but too expensive

Rooms are small and not value for money. Spending 11000 plus for less than 150 sq-ft room is not worth. Still property under development. Food services is slow and not all item available as suggested in menu

familyUnpleasant & worst experience at dean resort. First of all its a under construction property with selected amanities n poor service. I had to check out 1 night prior to my original check out due to unpleasant experience. Room was good but stinking like hell n no room freshner spray was done. Wifi was not working at all. Shower was running properly & locker safe was broken. Pics atrached. Door stopper was put up in the middle of the room lobby which can hurt anyone. Pics attached. Hotel manager dharmesh was not copperarive and did not give proper resolution. He was not even bothered to take care of guests. Management should sack him. Breakfast menu has basic & only limited options. Taste was ok. Water park was not operational as not yet started which was not informed. Service was very poor and pathetic. We ordered white pasta which was very very limited in quantity with huge price rs. 390. Pasta was not cooked properly n main veggies were missing in the dish. Same plate recooked when informed staff such a cheap kind of service. Good part they show free movie in their mini theatre. Did not have good experience at the time of breakfast. Swimming pool was good but swimming pool shower area was stinking. Housekeepig is not playing their role. Over all we did not like the experience n wasted money. Rating 1. Not recommended as of now.

Dan resorts is a nice property well maintained. Good swimming pool , nice service from hotel, Tasty food but little bit expensive with less options in Veg food. Good resort to stay for relaxation. Indoor games we enjoyed a lot. Need to improve in room cleaning and also need to look about insects in the evening time. Overall Decent experience with Family. Recommended

The rooms were good but was very disappointed with the food rates which was very high and services while booking i had booked breakfast which said buffet but as only my family of 4 were there they had not arranged buffet and served in the table so i will rate 1. No sorry i will not visit this resort again

Never ever fall in the image trap, worst decision !

familyThough it started just in December 2023, but the property was in a really bad conditioned! Rooms were extremely small and washrooms are worst, stinky as well as in worst conditions! Don’t rely upon the images! And the restaurant services are also really slow as in it literally took 3 hrs for a single meal, even other customers got really annoyed that they did complained directly to the owber of the property!

Location - very peaceful and 10/ 10 food - jain food option or actually food options are too less as compared to other similar kind of properties. You dont get much to eat or varity to eat. Normal starter roti sabji dal chawal and 1 desert. So food wise we were disappointed. Activities - 9/10 too many things to do. Cycling, go karting, rope cycling, indoor games and many more swimming pool - 9/10 room ambiance - 7/10 hospitality - 7/10 overall avaerage stay, since for us food was a problem. Special thanks to neha who took initiative for us for food and our comfort. Thanks!
