Hospitality is excellent, rooms are clean. excellent stay . Staffs are well behaved. Food is ok.

Comfortable stay. Had booked 2 deluxe rooms. Rooms were neat and spacious. Food was good. Location was central, on the main road and with close access to small shopping - at walking distance. Staff were courteous and helpful.

This hotel exceeds all expectations. Truly a gem of a place. Rooms, dining, showers etc. Everything is top-notch. And the service is exceptionally good as well. It appears very new and it is perhaps the best hotel in the area. And the prices are attractive which include breakfast. Breakfast spread is pretty elaborate and they also have an infinity pool on the top floor. Highly recommended.

The hotel property is located in a very easily approachable location, rt on the kannur alapuza highway. The rooms are really well kept, cosy n give one a homely ambience. The staff at front office is very friendly n facilitates seamless checkin. The restaurant n eating place is another cool place which offers a variety of dishes n freshly cooked stuff. While the waiting time ranges fm 15to20 minutes, its worth the wait. The general manager mr. Pramod with his ever smiling face is a very humble person who goes that extra mile to make one's stay memorable at crystal suites. All the very best to everyone at this property.
