Hotel Samrat

I recently stayed at Hotel Samrat samrat in taliparamba primarily to visit the raja rajeshwara temple, which is conveniently located about 2 kilometers away. While the Hotel Samrat served its purpose as a base for our temple visit, i must say it left much to be desired in other aspects. Location and accessibility: one of the Hotel Samrat's main advantages is its proximity to the raja rajeshwara temple. You can easily find autos right outside the Hotel Samrat, making it convenient for traveller’s. The auto charges approximately 30-40rs for a ride to the temple, which is reasonable. However, it's worth noting that the Hotel Samrat lacks adequate parking space, which could be a concern for those traveling by their vehicles. Accommodation: the rooms at Hotel Samrat samrat are passable but nothing extraordinary. While they provide decent facilities, one significant issue we encountered was with the room locks. Our door lock was malfunctioning, failing to secure the room properly. However, after reporting they quickly changed the room. I would strongly advise future guests to double-check their room locks before leaving to ensure their belongings are safe. Dining: on a brighter note, the food served at the Hotel Samrat's restaurant was quite satisfactory. We enjoyed a few meals during our stay, and the menu offered a decent limited variety of dishes that were both tasty and reasonably priced. Access to the roof top was restricted due to some work in progress. Additional facilities: for those interested, the Hotel Samrat is attached to a bar, which might be a plus for some traveller’s. Overall impression: in summary, Hotel Samrat samrat in taliparamba is just about good for a short stay, primarily if you're visiting the nearby temple.

Very good experience. Private bus stand is in walkable distance autorikshaw stand is also close. Good & clean rooms, suits rooms are spacious. Staffs are very cooperative, breakfast is not complementary but available for very reasonable price and good food too. When coming to some negatives,this Hotel Samrat have BAR and BAR entrance is very close to Hotel entrance. Car parking is a bit tight in busy days. But for us those were not a problem.

The Hotel Samrat is clean & neat for a place like thalipparamba. A bit expensive. A local bar in the ground floor makes that area a bit dirty & crowded. They dont have a proper restaurant

This Hotel Samrat is near by 3 temples. Overall it was a good experience. Rooms were clean. Service was good. You may not get variety of food. Parking space is less.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The Hotel Samrat is in an excellent and accessible location, although the bar patrons tend to be noisy in the evening.

Location is good. But since bar is there it’s not comfortable with families there are so many local presence
