It was not cleaned and wc was not having flash and no network

The property location was very peaceful. Well maintained and clean property. Staff was supportive. Had a good stay.

It was a worst stay. There was no cleanliness and facilities, staff was not friendly enough. The location was ok.

Location of the property was convenient to reach. First, they allotted us the room on the second floor. The bathroom on this floor was having a maintenance issue, there was no proper water supply in here. So, they shifted us to the 4th floor, people who are above age 40 or 50 they might have problem climbing too many stairs they do not have lift facility. They do not have many facilities. Breakfast which was provided to us was good in taste. A recommendable place for others.

Location of The property was convenient for me it was near to my work place as I was on a business trip. Breakfast was fine. It is a service apartment kind of a property. They are having staff and services are good. A recommendable place for others.

No Tv/no water/no a.c/ torn and soiled bed sheets/towels. No elevator.

Cistern and washbasin taps was continuously dripping. In City like Chennai its totally criminal

I didn't get kitchenette for cooking So wasted money in service apartment as I was travelling with family n kids. Could have been better if I could get to cook. Overall clean n neat place. N The boys are helpful n friendly

This property is service apartment type which offers breakfast. So you have to get your own things (Toiletaries etc. ) The rooms were decent, clean! There are common rooms in every floor, where you can hang out in case your traveling with family. There is no elevator, so you have to walk! Overall a decent experience.

First of all they didn't check the booking at all. They gave room and then asked for money. After which I said we already paid the full amount. They didn't provide me the check-out bill also. Without bill how can they check-out person. Very worst.

Room is well maintained along will all facility. Service was good. Regular hospitalisation practice to be followed to keep customer satisfaction point clear.

Location was suitable for our purpose. Nearest auto stand was at walk able distance which was disadvantageous in the absence of olacabs or uber.

Hotel should also focus on short stay guests and provide with required amenities.

Breakfast was pathetic. Bath smell is horrible water tube and heater leaking, please delete this hotel from MakeMyTrip.

Had work at MIOT and found this hotel.
Only the options for breakfast could have been better.

Its very near to Gundy and place so good.
Food, room, service also is good.
