hey we have a terrible experience with make my trip, I will never recommend it to anyone. I have booked one hotel in goa & when we reached there there was no hotel booked from them. than we called makemytrip they gave us some other third class hotel where nobody well stay, service was bad, ac wasn't working, room was dirty. please refund my money

complete scam done to me by super collection O Calangute (originally shruti resort). it was worst than a guest house scammers change your name to lure customers no one at the reception for checking or check out poor hygine poor quality filthy dirty toilet seat licking, tap licking promise breakfast and not picking phone
