very bad rooms not cleaned even clean bedsheets are not available no towel provided washroom are also very dirty AC was not working staff was not coming to service even intercomm of room are not working

I have got a very dirty room, it is not clean, the bathroom is also very dirty and the room is not like the one seen in the photo and a very dirty smell emanates from the room

It was in bad condition for me. Its new for me. Where amount less but reached property. Told extra charges getting extra money taken from me.

Bathroom and rooms are bad condition

Room was nice and clean also thanks to support team of mmt for solving check in problem within few minutes

Asking extra money at the time of checkin at 11:30 pm waiting with family and kids at night upto 1 am even after successful prepaid booking. Very irritating and irresponsible staff unhygienic hotel and environment. Mmt should blacklist this type of hotels for there portal to avoid suffering of customers.

I am not giving any opinion about safety standards but rooms were not provide even basic needs like tv, geyser and daily cleaning. Not even single toiletries were present.
