I had booked this room for my relatives children through your app for three persons, it was a non refundable booking. The manager took extra 1000- to accommodate them, initially they were refused and he didn't cancel my booking so i could book another hotel. Very very bad experience from make my trip booking. No helpline to talk to directly to resolve the issue. I will prefer to book directly with the hotel as the hotel was intending to keep the money without giving room.

Room closet was dirty and room was full of small and tiny cockroaches. Hotel people are not providing good rooms to customers who are coming through make my trip or any other app. Hotel staff has deliberately given this room to me they gave first room no 101 then i told the room boy to change the room then they gave room no. 104 which was also not good room wall was not painted and cockroaches are all over the room. I never experienced such a horrible stay in this hotel. They have very good rooms in the second floor but they deliberately given this room to m
