Worst rooms. Untidy, mosquitos and leaking bathrooms felt like rooms were never cleaned, bathroom knobs for tap were broken, continuous leakage of water. When asked for mosquito repellent machine that was not working, they said they do not have any.

Really poor experience had to change room twice and still amenities not provided. Broken lcd no geyser hot water foul smell in room no room service locks of room broken. Staff non cooperative as we have prepaid booking as per them u need to pay at hotel. All in all a waste of money and the worst experience will not be recommended to any one.

Overall experince is worst. This is the worst hotel i saw in my life. I booked this hotel and paid before the deadline. But when i call in reception for the location the manager denied to check in and said that all the room are full and find some other hotel and talk in a rude way and in very bad language tone. When i asked for a refund he said that refund will not be given. Than i talked to the customer care than owner call me and apologized for the behaviour of the manger and arrange the room for me. But i booked ac room they arrange me non ac room, than i again complain in customer care after complain i wait 4 hrs and than i shifted to ac room. The non ac room is horrible in condition, smelling very bad, bed sheet and pillow cover are also dirty as weel as blanket. Whole room cover with dust and dirty smell. Location is nice, it is located near triveni sangam. 100 min is far away from main road. food delivery is allowed by hotel. Amenities are very good. Electric escalator lift is their. Ambience is nice. Infrastructure of the hotel is very good. And services are very bad. Manger nature is very worst and he talk rudely to me and does not solve my issue, but the owner is helping in nature his nature is quite good and he speak politely to me and solve my issue. If you are planning to visit than booked this hotel and after talking to the owner.
