Hotel Sunshine

Very bad room, bed, very low quality, atmosphere, absolutely rubbish, the whole point comes out that it is a very dirty hotel.

I never visited this booking, it was cancelled due non payment of advance upto certain date. Then why it is showing in my Login in Makemytrip Review Section. I request Hotel Management to write to Makemytrip Servers and get resolved so as they will get genuine review. What if I give unfair and bad reviews bec MakeMyTrip didn't allowed me on spot payment like some other sites.

PHOTOS ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY SHOWS . ROOM WERE DIRTY SMELLY. JUST A BED NOTHING ELSE. BED IS LIKE STONE HARD. ULTRA TERRIBLE STAY. 1 STAR IS NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO GIVE

didn't expect such a worst property have listed i . it's not hotel it in house no water bottle no tea arrangement food is too far to think they will provide no safety measures denied to give room when we reached we fighted than they give horrible experience

This hotel can't even serve water in a huge tariff of more than Rs.11000/-, forget about foods. just before the rooms, dormitory is placed so no privacy for rooms.

None of the amenities were there which were mentioned in make my trip

Rooms are big but minimum facilities are not available. Bed are churning, bed sheet are torn, toilet are in so so condition. No images

No extra bed available no person to attend zero cleanliness no drinking water no care for customers. Sir we’re not interested in any discounts but request not to indulge in such properties

Place was spacious and decently clean. Staff were very friendly and cooperative. The places of improvement could include enabling easier closing of windows, more functional plug points, and installing bidet in bathroom. Location was not correct no bath towel. Not mirror in bathroom. Y u r giving me wrong location. If u don't know where is hotel U don't know how much pain full. To find the hotel. Take one hour to walk to find correct location. First time saw hotel no provide the shower towel. Very painful staying in this hotel. Morning i wake up 4 people sleeping my front door room. No tea no drinking water no towel. No mirror in shower room. How to do shaved customer. Not interested

Due to closure of shastri bridge the hotel was unreachable. When i called the hotel number to inform the situation, he cut the phone. He never had decency to call and help me. Later in the night around 9. 30pm he picked up my call, but flatly refused to understand the situation and said he will not refund the money paid. I request you to give me refund.

Toilet wasn't clean, flush wasn't working, no water for shower, bed made noise if you change sides while sleeping, no bottled water provided but you have to pay for it, towel wasn't provided and was only available upon request, wifi wasn't connected while in the room.

There is no food facility. No cleanliness in room. Can’t even get a peaceful sleep on beds. Terrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel.
