When i reached the hotel location they said their is no booking from your side but i'm already full payment done for the booking. I'm waiting in the hotel lobby 2 hours there was no reply from both the ends finally i'm cancel-led the booking. Worst experience from make my trip and hotel. We booked the another hotel after this bad experience. After that i decided no use of make my trip and also tweet boycott make my trip. And i'm getting sure no one from my family in future go with this worst make it trip. Thank you for your bad services.

Hotel deny for booking i give cash for stay. Make my trip booking is false. Hotel deny to stay mmt booking not valid. Hotel says no confirmation form mmt. I pay cash for stay. I want refund my amount and compensation difference amount
