Good experience overall. Rooms are good. Could have been more neat. But overall good.service is good as well

Small room even without a wardrobe..only a bed and nothing else. untidy linen with multiple stains. good part is well behaved staff though and right on main road

Bad linen, smelly room, flies in the room and no power back up. Even after several request the linen was not changed.

No proper maintenance & no food available & water tapes also not working properly & cleaning and service also worst. Please don't book anyone. This is not better for office visit and business visit and not better for families.

Amenities are the worst and cleaning is not done and cigarette smells all over the room, staff behaviour is good

Stay was ok. Initially given a basic room but on discussion provided a classic room matching the listed amenities.

The property was decent ....I didn’t try the food there as it seemed like purely a hotel with out restaurant...amenities like Ac, heater ,wifi all good

Rooms were dirty, entire hotel was stinking, bedsheets were horribly dirty, walls were broken, no basic amenities like water, toiletries etc i would not rate this hotel in minus

Stay was really was awesome and the room and corridors were really good and pleasant. Receptionist the lady done a good job in receiving us.

The hotel is nice and good but they didn't provide breakfast which is also included on booking.

They don't provide toilet paper in the wash room, they took 260+ rupees to provide breakfast but when i asked about that he said no there's nothing included.
