Nothing was fine, everything was rubbish, TV was not working, doors were not locking, swimming pool was very dirty, so dirty that we did not enjoy in the pool. Staff was very lazy, no work was done on time. I am more angry with Make My Trip than Royal Club, remove such hotels from your list.

While food orders from the menu are delivered promptly, the complimentary breakfast takes over an hour to arrive, which is quite disappointing.
