The property was ill-kempt. Pool was dirty and the filter wasn't working. There was water supply issue. The general manager was the worst. He was ill mannered. On asking to get the pool cleaned, he said that it's not cleaned because they get guests only on weekends even though we were visiting on the weekend only they had not got it cleaned. The intercom was working and yet he kept arguing it's not working. And picked a fight with my elderly father. Lot of other properties in the area. Please don't choose Aloha

Room still needs to be more perfect in terms of amenities

familyRoom should have more space, all the doors patterns are too old, all the furniture inside the room is very old pattern, light was not ample, tiles colour was very dark, room looks like its a old house kind off, geyser capacity is too low, breakfast is not not served inside the room

Poor service. No towels etc in suit room. Swimming pool wasn't operational. No wi fi, in morning no breakfast available. When i complained they said sorry we are busy in an event. Instead of giving breakfast they said when we all would check out. And told us to check out fast even before the official check out time. They said ki hamara event hai. Zero hospitality.
