Club Platinum Resort is truly a hidden gem and a perfect weekend getaway for Delhiites. The property has everything you’d want for both families and friends, from an amusement park and water park to a swimming pool for endless fun. Evenings are made special with live music during dinner in the lawn, which adds a wonderful vibe. The resort is also ideal for all kinds of gatherings, making it a versatile destination. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The room was near & clean an excellent living room & bathroom space. Food is also good. High food and beverage price is only concern

The hotel staff aren't customer friendly. The rooms and food quality are average. The bathroom water is very hard and the fixtures were completely blackened because of salinity. Even the dustbins in the room were rusted and covered with oversize d garbage bags. No hot water was available for bath as well. The geyser installed was not working. Had call the room service 2-3 times to get hot water from another room.

This stay was very comfortable the best part was the dining area with lighting dj and all i would recommend to others to visit the club platinum resort thanks.

4. The property is quite old, but maintained. Mosquito problem but the staff provide repellant when asked. Food is excellent. Service is sometimes a bit slow. Staff is polite.

*issues:* - no water since morning till 9am - when water came at 9am around, used toilet but flush is not working - water was not clean, very dirty water in wash room - no towels were available - internal phone is not working - internal almirah etc. are in very bad condition very bad experience 😭
