Poor Hygiene and Unhelpful Staff – Worst Stay Experience
The location is good, but the rooms are not clean. There were hygiene issues— the bedding, mattress, and pillows were all dirty. I requested a change, but the staff responded that these were the only available options and could not be replaced. Additionally, the staff's behavior was not good. Overall, my stay was the worst.

It seemed like my company's money was going down the drain.
Location is poor, food is ok amenities is poor and services is ok ok... I'm not satisficed.........

Worst rooms and service!!!!!
The worst hotel to live in. I had booked for 2 nights. They gave me a very shoddy room with mosquitos all over. At 5 in the morning there was a very loud noise of the heater which was placed right in the ceiling of the room. I couldn't sleep after that. I changed my room, but to my surprise the AC wasn't working. Changed my room again. I urge people not to book and stay in the hotel. It has the worst service and rooms. A waste of money and sleep!

Worst service and stay!
The worst hotel to live in. I had booked for 2 nights. They gave me a very shoddy room with mosquitos all over. In the morning at 5 there was a continuous loud noise of the heater which was placed right in the ceiling. Couldn't sleep after that. Changed the room. The room was okay but the ac wasn't working. Got the room changed again. I urge people not to book this hotel. It has the worst service and stay i've ever come across.

Terrible Stay
Mr faizal iqbal front desk manager unprofessional behaviour & attitude. No politeness & manners the way he talk. I am not going to recommend this hotel to anyone, also advise to make my trip to remove this hotel from my biz list.

Terrible Stay
The staff and property manager don't know how to talk to females it's too misbehave and i placed an order of water bottle they gave me after 45-50 min service very bad i don't like and very disappointed

Unethical practices
Though i had booked for a premium room measuring 210 sq ft with amenities like couch, study desk, hair dryer etc, i was allotted a lower category small room with most of the amenities missing. After we doing lot of contest over the disparity, we were shifted to premium room. It was simply unethical on the part of hotel. Breakfast was also average and served late.

Average experience
The rooms are clean. The sheets and towels were also well kept. The bathrooms were average, did not have much facilities, plus had some leakage. Dental/shaving kits were available on order. Breakfast was very poor. Though there were choices but wasn’t made well. Staff is good and helpful. It would have been better if they were able to advise better on places of visit and transportation around vadodara.

Good hotel if maintained.
Last time i stayed in the same hotel and my experience was great. But this time the room provided was having issues. Door was opening with the mechanical key and not using the card. Also exhaust in bathroom was not working so room was stinking. This time i have not enjoyed.

Small rooms but great staffs
It was a night stay followed by breakfast and checkout: room size- 6/10. May be difficult for those who are claustrophobic. Cleanliness- 8/10. Staff- 10/10. Breakfast spread- considering tariff- 8. 5/10. Location-9/10. Amenities-7/10

Stay was good. Staffs behaviour are decent. Food is veg only and only pane-er served. Different variant is required in vegetarian.
