This property don't have hygiene in the room. Badsheets were dirty. Hotels walls was lookings dirty. AC wasn't working. No TV connection. Cocroge in the entire room. Towels were dirty.

Room was not ready at 6:30 pm, ac was not working within 30 minutes they have changed my location 101, 201&301 finally i got 301 where bathroom was not clean and smelled

Cost is too high but service not that much good. Need to decrease cost or improve service. Water is not coming for more than 2 hrs. Not satisfied

coupleRooms were not ready, booking information was not shared with the person handling the booking at the reception, breakfast was not provided, inf-act they initially denied for breakfast at all even though book said breakfast included. Waste of money, and broken shower, outdated property, no wings were available in the ac. Intercom was also dead. Tv was not working, they replaced set top box, tv remote was not in the room. Very poor quality and worst service. Arrogant staff.

Hi, I had selected deluxe room as per image there has to be king-size bed and sofa but both was not there secondly bathroom was dirty
