Average Stay
Property was fairly ok for the price paid. Service was good. Clean rooms and washroom. Pool was maintained well.

Average Stay
The property is primarily not a resort as the name says. Place is not as attractive as it is shown in the pictures. Lacks Hospitality and staff professionalism. There was no restaurant. So we have to rely on Zomato for Lunch. Room was ok. No security on gate. No luggage assistance.

Awesome Place!
I was there for 31 May to 01 June 25 and the stay was awesome. well maintained and convenient. I will recommend this hotel for all.

Stay was comfortable, location is very good within in the town limits. Rooms were clean and neat. Staff is very cooperative

Okayish hotel
Not worth the high price. okayish hotel. The beds were okay, pillows not good. The location is good. But the cost is on a higher side

Good Stay
Great stay! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and felt like home with thoughtful amenities like toothpaste, brush, soap, shampoo, and towels. However, the mattress was two single mattresses pushed together, which made it a bit firm and uncomfortable at times. Apart from that, everything was good, and I appreciated the cleanliness and overall experience.

Peaceful Trip
One of the best place to visit if someone is trying to get some peace from their busy life. The staff is welcoming, the place is very calm and cozy.

Worst experience in this hotel
It was a waste of money staying in city palace resort hotel, I completely disappointed by the staff the room service there is no restaurant in the hotel i would say never visit that again

Horrible unforgettable experience
We 5 ladies 3 middle aged women including 2 young girls reached hotel at 7. 30pm, we were supposed to check out next day 10 am, two of us showed us passport with oci and other 3 showed aadhar card, but they denied stay, stating foreign passport is not valid which was not stated in their policy. We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Searching for another accommodation if such a rule was there it should have been communicated in their policy.
