Very unhygienic and the rooms are very dirty. The property was very different as shown in pics. Never stay there

Service of hotel is poor, washrooms are in bad condition, uncooperative staff, hospitality is poor and prices are high as per facilities

no breakfast. i need refund for the same. we got no breakfast apart from cornflakes at 10:30 am as there was no kitchen staff available till 11 am. would want a refund of additional money we paid for breakfast. also the room was too small to accommodate three people, no toiletries in bathroom

First things first. It is not a chevron hotel. It is ranikhet (army) club. What a shame. We booked it thinking it is a chevron property. Besides this the staff of ranikhet club was excellent. Great service. The club has no view whatsoever but is centrally located

While we are regular visitors to ranikhet, we stayed at ranikhet club for the first time. Neat and clean room with a brilliant view, great sleep quality and most importantly peace & quietude.

Channi raja is the hotel which everyone will appreciate. Location, security, rooms, staff all are superrbbb. Value for money. Extremely beautiful view of lake from the hotel

Location is good but service and room very cheap and not proper clean and geyser not working or not lcd working phone also not working so please avoid this hotel

Location was good. Quality of food was excellent. Room rent was very high compared to the room size and there was no ceiling fan in the room. They just provides a small table fan.
